How far in advance do I have to reserve my Box?
Have you opted for delivery to your door? Then it’s best to reserve your Box three working days in advance.
Have you opted to come to Box@Home? Reservations for the next day can be made up to 15.00.
How do I know if my order has been accepted?
You will receive a confirmation email from us and you will be contacted by phone by us to make the practical arrangements.
I have placed an order, but haven’t received a confirmation. What should I do?
Something may have gone wrong. You can call us on +32 (0)15/28 40 65 during working hours (from 8.30 to 17.00). Alternatively, you can send an email to
Box@Home is already keeping a Box for me. Can I arrange for more items to be stored?
Certainly. If necessary you can order an extra Box. Alternatively, if it’s only a few items, you can have the Box we already have in our keeping returned to you, or inspect it and add the items to it at Box@Home’s warehouse.
How long can I have my belongings stored for?
There is no limit: you can have your belongings stored with us for as long as you like.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, but you should always confirm the cancellation of your order by email. On this point, see our general terms and conditions.
When will my storage period start?
The storage will start as from the desired delivery time chosen by you.
How do I cancel my storage?
Your storage will stop automatically when you have asked for all your belongings back. You can do this quickly and easily via our online app.
How do I renew my agreement?
Your storage agreement will be automatically renewed until you ask for your belongings back.
Is there a notice period?
No. You can cancel your storage at any time.
